9. Fees, Payments, and Access

- Payments once made are generally non-refundable, except where explicitly stated

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests, if permitted, must be made within 24 hours of purchase
- No cancellation is allowed once:

- Login credentials are shared
- Classes have commenced
Special discounted or promotional offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment method.
