  • Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or disruptive software

4. Account Seeurity & Responsibility

  • Each user is allowed one individual account only
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
  • Any misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access will be treated as a serious violation

5. Enforcement & Content Removal

Sameer Sir Ki Paathshaala reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:

  • Monitor user activity
  • Remove any content violating this Policy
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

No refunds shall be issued for suspensions or terminations arising from policy violations.

6. Zero Tolerance for Piracy

Recording, distributing, or reselling course videos, PDFs, or materials—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited and may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957
  • Claim for damages
